laparoscopic operation will get the very extensive application
Ectopic pregnancy patients clinical treatment method, clinical efficacy and effect analysis .Methods: in our hospital in 2005 May to 2011 May were treated 220patients with ectopic pregnancy, take them as the analysis object, they will be divided into laparoscopic and laparoscopy group two group.
Among them, the laparoscopic group were treated by laparoscopic oviduct incision and excision to treat ;the open group of patients with routine operation for the treatment of the way .Results: the laparoscopic group is obviously better than the laparoscopy group ,except the operation time was longer than the open group operation time .
Conclusion :laparoscopic operation with less trauma ,quick recovery ,so as long as the patient can be identified, should try to use laparoscopic operation treatment method ,which not only can reduce the operation on the patients hurt can also make the ectopic pregnancy patients get better treatment ,and the effect is obvious .

The application of laparoscopic operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy is more and more extensive ,ectopic pregnancy is the most common gynecologic acute abdomen clinical medicine one ,in recent years ,the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and is a method of laparoscopic operation ,it has been widely used in the clinical treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy ,ectopic pregnancy patients in treatment for more than a choice .
In our hospital during 2007 Mayo 2011 May were220patients with ectopic pregnancy’s the analysis object, to their open treatment and laparoscopic treatment ,and to these two kinds of treatment methods and their therapeutic effects were compared ,report as follows: materials and methods 1 clinical data: in our hospital in 2007 Mayo 2011 during May220patients with ectopic pregnancy’s the analysis object, to the ectopic pregnancy patients receiving different treatments as the basis ,they will be divided into open and laparoscopic group and a two group, two group in symptomatic patients and age and have no obvious difference ,with comparable .
2 methods: laparoscopic group patients in the case of general anesthesia, and laparoscopic tubal incision and excision operation, the specific steps of using the monopole electro coagulation fallopian tube pregnancy will be part of the ruthenium longitudinal incision, and removal of the gestational sac.

Open group of patients is in accordance with the conventional operation for the treatment of the way, which also contains the oviduct fenestration and tubal resection .While the doctor follow-up work still needs to be continued, until the patient blood B-HCG levels reached normal values.
3 statistical methods: This study involved data have been through the SPSS10. 0 software package for statistical processing .Two results 1 two groups of patients with basic situation .In two groups of patients with the basic situation, the operation time of laparoscopy group significantly shorter in the laparoscopic group ,whereas in patients after operation indicators recovery speed comparison, laparoscopic group was superior to the open group .
The average amount of bleeding in operation, the average length of hospital stay, anal exhaust time, average ambulation time and postoperative fever number is less than that of the open group.
Laparoscopic operation group patients in the operation after an average of 4 hours can ambulation, and open operation group patients needed a day later to ambulation, there is obvious difference.
The 2 follow-upon patients with ectopic pregnancy operation after 3 days to review the blood HCG, HCG in blood decreased significantly lower than the preoperative 1/5, after discharge from hospital outpatient weekly detection HCG at a time, until the normal.
Postoperative follow-up revealed persistent ectopic pregnancy patients ,the laparoscopic group were fewer than those in the open group number .Three discussion according to this study ,the open group patients with laparoscopic group patients in parity ,gravidity ,age ,and preoperative HCG level showed no statistical difference ,but the open group of patients with operation time was significantly shorter in the laparoscopic group of patients with operation time .
However, early laparoscopic operation patients required operation time longer than the period of laparoscopic operation patients, if only the late laparoscopic operation patients required operation time as the basis, then the laparoscopic group patients operation time is shorter than the open group of patients with operation time.
From the result of the research we can draw in patients after operation ,the indexes of recovery speed comparison ,laparoscopic group patients were significantly better than open group of patients ,the laparoscopic group hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the laparoscopy group hospitalization time ,fully embodies the laparoscopic operation with mild pain ,rapid recovery and the advantages of small wound .
Ectopic pregnancy in women of childbearing age is common and frequently-occurring disease .In recent years ,as a result of female sexual behavior in advance ,before birth abortion and the number of sexual partners increase, coupled with the postponement of childbearing age and other reasons ,resulting in tubal pregnancy incidence increased dramatically .
At the same time, people living treatment demand rise also makes the operation to bed direction, patients hope good curative effect and fast, less pain .In such cases, the laparoscopic operation will get the very extensive application.
